Corporate Social Responsibility at McCoy

In line with our cultural values and our commitment to a better world, McCoy has encouraged colleagues to donate a special one-time Christmas bonus to a charity of their own choice. We are very proud of the fact that 83% of McCoyans decided to donate their bonus to charity.

McCoy gave all employees a choice to either receive a personal Christmas bonus, or have McCoy donate an amount 60% higher than the original bonus to a charity of their own choice. Local charities like Villa Pardoes, the ETZ Hospital in Tilburg and several local sporting initiatives received donations, but also larger national organizations like Cliniclowns, Artsen Zonder Grenzen and KWF Kankerbestrijding received money from this special McCoy bonus program.

McCoy is thankful to all our partners and colleagues for making donations to these charities and will make this a yearly tradition by adding this initiative to our core values.
