Royal FloraHolland is transforming, from a pure logistic to a more digital company. To steer this transformation Finance and Procurement are rolling out a plan to become the Best in Finance. This involves Processes, People, ICT and Data. In this session will be shared why, how and what we did, why we did select SAP Ariba, where we are now and what we still have to do.
Grünenthal - Integrated Business Planning met SAP IBP – what it takes to make IT work!
In deze presentatie wordt dieper ingegaan op Integrated Business Planning, de keuze voor SAP IBP on HANA en het bijbehorende IT Landschap. Grünenthal Pharma heeft nu SAP APO Demand Planning als planning tool ingezet voor Demand Planning, maar deze tool zal in de komende maanden successievelijk per go-live land niet meer worden ingezet. Tijdens de gefaseerde roll-out fase van de IBP tool in Europa en Latijns Amerika zullen dus bede systemen moeten blijven werken, totdat de nieuwe oplossing volledig is geïmplementeerd.
Marel - Architectuur en OneSAP
Marel heeft zich de afgelopen 10 jaar verdubbeld in omvang en wil fors blijven groeien. Het is een bedrijf dat vrijwel continu in verandering is – qua samenstelling, maar ook qua organisatie en marktbenadering. Innovatie zit in het DNA van de mensen van Marel en de oplossingen voor klanten, maar ook in de manier waarop naar IT gekeken wordt vanuit de organisatie. Philips Lighting - From SAP SRM towards a start to #MakeProcurementAwesome - the project
Philips Lighting became a standalone company last year. The split of the Philips companies required to disentangle the integrated global landscape of IT applications. To support their Procure-2-Order processes for indirect materials and services, Philips Lighting choose to implement the Ariba SaaS, replacing SAP SRM. The go-live date was set and the project plan got executed in 5 months. In this session Corné Knippels (IT Delivery Team Lead for Enabling Functions) will share insights about the project: How it was initiated and planned, its scope, the challenges, what is achieved, lessons learned and what will be next.
