Both Thomas Hendrickx and Amber Smeulders believe in the trend of focusing more on Employee Experience next to Data Driven HR. Putting the Employee Experience at the center of the design of HR processes, is the foundation of the McCoy HR-Xperience team. The team now consists of HR and SuccessFactors specialists and everyone stands behind the idea: "More than HR & IT". Our philosophy is a digital HR transformation through Experience instead of just implementing SuccessFactors.
