McCoy’s third-party service providers

McCoy uses Vercel for hosting this Website. McCoy uses HubSpot for contact forms, event submissions, newsletter hosting and data storage. McCoy uses Postmark as a transactional email provider. McCoy makes sure that all our third-party services providers comply with General Data Protection Regulation. These third-party services providers may be in a country outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). If the level of data protection in a country does not correspond to the European level, McCoy shall ensure by contract (standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission) that the protection of your personal data always corresponds to that of the EEA, or countries that are ‘whitelisted’ by the European Commission.
