Two days of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics with our hands-on course

If you were to ask us, Embedded Analytics should be standard part of every SAP S/4HANA implementation. Why? Because this allows operational reports to return to the source from which they came. Our hands-on courses are designed to get you started with Embedded Analytics.

Insights to action

Reporting is an integral part of a business user's day-to-day activities. In SAP S/4HANA terms we call this the ‘insights-to-action’ approach. To enable this for any S/4 implementation, SAP provides a large amount of standard data models, dashboards, and other reporting solutions. These are real-time, operational and include the opportunity to jump to transactions and other reports without leaving S/4HANA. It is the single point of entry and provides access to dashboards that guide your business user to move from high-level overview to performing in-depth analysis. But how to master the ‘insights-to-action’ approach? For this, we facilitate an Embedded Analytics course.

Hands-on course: 2 days of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics

Our 2-day hands-on course on SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics is meant for IT-architects, Business Intelligence consultants and key users. In this course, you learn how to search, use and create your own reports in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics. We teach you its place in the IT-landscape and the prerequisites you need to think of before starting with Embedded Analytics.

Our program is filled to the brim with Launchpad Tools for Business Users (Analyze & Act), Launchpad Tools for Analytics Specialists (Enable the Business), Core Data Services, Virtual Data Models, integration of the Embedded Analytics and, of course, best practices.

During the course, the following topics will be covered:

  • Explanation and showing the concept: Insights-to-action

  • Overview, demonstration, and hands-on exercises of the different reporting tools per user type, ranging from end users to analytical specialists to IT users.

  • Deep dive into what is new in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics regarding data, technology, people's roles and governance.

  • A technical deep-dive into interfaces, CDS-views and their place in the virtual data model, development, and authorizations.
