At McCoy, we don't believe in fancy presentations without results. Our approach is simple: no PowerPoint slides, but real solutions. That is the idea behind the McCoy BTP Innovation League. An initiative where we work hands-on with a select group of clients using the SAP Business Technology Platform and AI.

And it's moving fast. We have now started with four concrete use cases.

What is the McCoy BTP Innovation League?

The BTP Innovation League is an exclusive competition in which McCoy provides a dedicated team of SAP BTP specialists and an innovation coach for a select group of clients. Together, we build a solution for your specific business question. No slides, but a working prototype that immediately demonstrates value and is ready for production.

You bring the challenge. We bring the expertise, capacity, and investment. Together we realize the solution. What do we ask of you? Commitment in time and a joint presentation of the case at our BIG Event on June 4th.

4 customers, 4 challenges, 1 approach

We are currently fully engaged in building four use cases. Each case has its own dedicated McCoy team and innovation coach.

SPIE

SPIE is one of the largest technical service providers in Europe and has been a strategic customer of McCoy for years. Together with the McCoy team, they are working on an innovative application of SAP BTP and AI within their operational processes. An environment where data, technology, and smart automation intersect, and that is precisely the playing field where SAP BTP makes a difference.

Croonwolter&dros

Croonwolter&dros is a specialist in technical installations and projects in the infrastructure and utility sector. In collaboration with McCoy, they are exploring and building a new state-of-the-art solution for the Customer Card. This provides the technician or installer on-site with much faster, smarter, and better information that can also be consulted and adjusted in real-time.

NS (Dutch Railways)

NS needs no introduction. As the backbone of Dutch public transport, NS faces significant challenges in data-driven management and operational efficiency. The McCoy team is collaborating with NS on a procurement use case where we deploy smart AI and BTP solutions in the procurement domain.

BAM

BAM operates in a complex construction and infrastructure environment where joint ventures are the norm. This results in a continuous flow of financial data from various sources and in different formats. Together, we are building an AI agent within SAP BTP for Joint Venture Accounting. This solution automates the conversion of incoming files into structured, usable information.

The result? Less manual processing, more control over financial processes, and faster insight into the figures. A concrete use case in which AI and BTP directly contribute to efficiency and control in a complex environment.

What do you receive as a participant?

Each participating company receives:

• A dedicated McCoy BTP team:specialists who are fully focused on the customer's use case

• An innovation coach and project leader:They guide the process, keep a sharp focus on the business objective, and bridge the gap between technology and organization.

• Hands-on building: no advisory reports or slide decks, but a working result

The teams are in full swing building. At the end of the process, we will present the results during the McCoy BIG Event 2026.
