In this blog, we will guide you through the options of the Regenerate menu, giving you the choice of when you want to receive each course without any unexpected twists.

The specials of the menu

The McCoy Regenerate menu is carefully designed to optimize business processes. The Regenerate menu consists of two standard phases (the core), with various add-ons possible for each phase. We will first execute phase 1, and then it is up to the client to choose phase 2. Our consultant will assist in making the right choice. This way, you can customize your Regenerate menu as refined as in a good restaurant. All of this is aimed at elevating your processes to a higher level within 6 to 12 weeks.

Phase 1: Regenerate Phase

The regenerate phase consists of a period of 6-12 weeks. The client has the choice of what to do with the results from phase 1. It is optional to proceed with phase 2 (improvement phase).

Add-on 1: Visio Flows

This add-on contributes to the clarity and structure of a project. Here, we compare the current state (AS-IS) with the ideal flow (TO-BE). We look at the business process in relation to the SAP landscape. The flow indicates how tasks and processes are connected, promoting collaboration and communication.

Add-on 2: Process Insights

By adding SAP Process Insights, we take it a step further. This tool, also known as SAP Signavio, provides detailed insights into your SAP processes. It gives you KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of your processes. This is ideal for identifying and directly addressing bottlenecks and potential issues. Thus, you can optimize processes from both the Business and IT perspectives.

Fase 2: Improvement Phase

At the end of phase 1, after a 6-12 week review, you will receive a crystal-clear report with proposed optimizations. In consultation with you, we implement the optimizations to align business processes and the IT landscape (back) with each other.

Certain add-ons are also possible in this phase. Think of specific BI tooling or adding Change Management within your company. All of this ensures that users can enjoy the meal without worrying about how efficiently it was prepared in the kitchen.
