McCoy Wins at SAP’s Best of Customer Success 2024 Awards!

At the SAP Netherlands Best of Customer Success 2024 Awards, McCoy has once again received recognition for our dedication and innovation in digital transformation. As an SAP Strategic Reseller, we were nominated with three customer projects in two categories, ultimately winning the prestigious New Horizon Customer Award alongside WeFabricate. This achievement highlights our core vision: Work smart_Be happy. Work should not only be smarter and more efficient – it should also bring fulfilment and joy to the end-user!

New Horizon Customer Award

In the New Horizon Customer Award category, we were nominated for customer projects with WeFabricate and Mambu.

For WeFabricate, McCoy implemented an SAP ERP cloud platform with integrated best practices for sales, procurement, production, logistics, HCM, and finance. This platform offers full visibility into product costs, supports international growth, and optimises processes with Extended Warehouse Management and Central Invoice Management.

For Mambu, McCoy delivered a globally standardised HR system in just six months, fully aligned with SuccessFactors Best Practice. This project was completed on time and within budget, resulting in more efficient processes and an enhanced employee experience.

Stellar Platform Excellence Award

Our project with Schiphol was nominated in the Stellar Platform Excellence Award category. McCoy delivered a fully insourced HR service model, including payroll, SuccessFactors, Concur, and Qualtrics. This model enables Schiphol to retain complete control over HR services and payroll, with flexible processes focused on employee experience. This future-ready model encourages innovation between HR and IT, strengthens data control and compliance, and supports cost management.
