McCoy Wins 'Best Workplace in the Netherlands 2025' Award

Utrecht, 13 June 2025 – Last night, McCoy proudly won the coveted ‘Best Workplace in the Netherlands 2025’ award. During a festive evening at DeFabrique, Great Place to Work recognized the best workplaces in the Netherlands, and McCoy is proud to be number 1 in the Mid Large category.

Participation in Great Place to Work is nothing new for McCoy. Every two years, we measure how our McCoyans experience trust, pride, and job satisfaction through this platform. The result is clear: with an average score of 9.5 and 98% of our colleagues rating McCoy as a Great Place to Work, we have not only exceeded high expectations, but also improved upon our previous scores. An outstanding achievement, but we continue to listen, learn, and improve.

Brand Promise Deliver

Our McCoyans have participated in a Brand Promise Deliver training about our brand identity and core values. This has further strengthened the connection with McCoy and our shared mission. As one anonymous response in an external survey said: “McCoy has its own DNA, which all employees share. We are here for the customer and colleagues, and we are committed to doing that in the best possible way. I’ve never seen that level of commitment anywhere else.”

New Onboarding Program

Our new onboarding program, which went live this year, also plays a crucial role in conveying this sense of connection from day one. It helps our new employees not only understand our values but also truly become a part of our company.
