Utrecht University selects McCoy as partner for SAP S/4 implementation and management

Utrecht, 9 July 2025 – We are proud to announce that McCoy, together with partners SD Worx and HURIS, will implement a future-proof ERP system at Utrecht University. In July 2025, we will start the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and Payroll, fully replacing the current SAP ECC environment.

The university selected McCoy, SD Worx and HuRis based on their extensive experience with similar projects in higher education and the public sector. Moreover, our proposal proved to be the most economically advantageous in the European tender process.

This collaboration demonstrates that experience and true partnership make the difference in complex transformations. We look forward to an exciting journey with an engaged client like Utrecht University.

The implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors will support Utrecht University in realising a future-oriented and standardised HR, Finance, Procurement and Payroll system. By choosing an integrated cloud solution, the university is investing in user-friendly processes and greater agility.
